Crushing the Drop-Ins at The Strip Barbell
Joe Tepe, the owner of The Strip Barbell in Las Vegas, Nevada, is one gym owner who is taking advantage of the one-time drop-in user. He uses Acuity, which seamlessly integrates with HybridAF, he explained.
In the last 18 months, Tepe had had 3,844 drop-ins attend The Strip Barbell, each of whom paid $25 a pop. Since starting to use HybridAF, he has had more than 6,000 drop-ins.
Best of all, the revenue from these drop-ins has been largely hands off revenue for Tepe, as they register, sign the waiver and pay for the session through Acuity without Tepe having to get involved.
After that, they are given a one hour time slot to enter the building, and once they’re in there they can train for as long as they like, Tepe explained.
