Membership Synching
With HybridAF, you can easily sync your members status with all of the providers listed above. This makes it easy to manage your members in just one location (your membership provider) and to keep their access synced with the HybridAF platform. We offer two methods of active status syncing:
1 – (Tag): by tagging your members within the management platform.
Most interfaces will require they have the Tag/Group along with being an active Member in order to gain access to HybridAF. This is popular with facilities that require a check out process in order for members to use the facility unattended.
2 – (Offering)+: by utilizing the active membership plan names from your management platform.
This is popular for facilities that want to allow a more automated workflow in that once a membership is purchased they automatically gain access to Hybrid without having to add the tag.
+: With the plus sign they send us the plan name and we can enable zone/door restrictions.
